Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Three years of administrative experience in a health care setting; at least one year of practice management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA).
  • Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience within a physician-owned group practice.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyzing market trends and developing proactive, data-driven strategies for practice growth and sustainability.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for physician-owners.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor staff and build consensus among partners.
