Active or Regular Member - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments An Active or Regular Member is an individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support services by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare services; an individual employed by a management organization, hospital/hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare services (this includes consultants who are responsible for operations of one or more practices on an ongoing basis); and/or healthcare providers/clinicians who hold an active license in the state are also considered active members.
Active members shall:
1. Perform managerial duties in multiple areas, such as finance, personnel and data processing: or
2. Perform administrative tasks in a single area, such as marketing or medical records: or
3. Provide care and perform significant managerial or administrative functions: or
4. Be employed by a healthcare group practice.
An Active Member is entitled to vote, hold office, and serve on any committee.

Active or Regular Member Each Additional - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments If your company has an Active or Regular Member you can sign up as an additional. (An Active or Regular Member is an individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support services by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare services; an individual employed by a management organization, hospital/hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare services (this includes consultants who are responsible for operations of one or more practices on an ongoing basis); and/or healthcare providers/clinicians who hold an active license in the state are also considered active members. An Active Member is entitled to vote, hold office, and serve on any committee.)

Affiliate Member - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments An Affiliate Member is an individual who does not qualify as an Active or Associate Member but who supplies products or services to HLA NE members. An Affiliate Member cannot vote, hold an office or be committee chairs, but may serve on committees.

Affiliate Member Each Additional - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments If your company has an Affiliate Member you can sign up as an additional. (An Affiliate Member is an individual who does not qualify as an Active or Associate Member but who supplies products or services to HLA NE members. An Affiliate Member cannot vote, hold an office or be committee chairs, but may serve on committees.)

Associate Member - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments An Associate Member is an individual with an interest in healthcare management and does not qualify for any other membership category, including participants of management service organizations (MSO), physician-hospital organizations (PHO), or other derivative models of clinical integration. An Associate Member cannot vote, hold an office, or be chair of a committee, but may serve on committees.

Student Member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments The Student Member is an individual who is pursuing a healthcare or business-related degree at an accredited institution of higher learning and does not qualify for any other member category. A Student Member cannot vote, hold an office, or be chair of a committee, but may serve on committees.
